Research and practice in operations management for a successful future

Operations Management deals with the planning, control and optimization of processes required for the production and distribution of products and services. At the Chair of Operations Management, we use innovative methods of mathematical optimization in particular to efficiently solve complex planning tasks in production and logistics. In our teaching as well as in research and practical projects, we combine current scientific findings with the real challenges of practice.

In an effort to help make better decisions, the "Center of Operations Research and Business Analytics" (CORBA) was founded together with researchers from other application-oriented chairs. We are happy to be a part of it.
